This is an excellent place for a relaxing stay. The rooms spacious, beds comfortable and the shower was great - so are the Spa and pool areas. What more do you want? The bar was great although a bit pricey and the dinner... mediocre at best (go out... especially go to Cristina's). What was glorious was the breakfast buffer. One of the best I have had at a hotel. Enjoy your stay.

The hotel overall was very clean. The room with balcony and view was very relaxing. Parking PLN 50 per night felt quite expensive.

Absolutely Fantastic Hotel.

Fantastic Hotel and the staff is very helpful. absolutely a Hotel i will visit again, restaurant is great and the breakfast is also super good. very good car parking garage under the hotel. supreme location for visit in the city center or for hiking in the mountains. Price level in bar is acceptable :)

Three days in Zakopane.

Extremely comfortable hotel I would recommend it for everybody. There is nothing to complain about. I will return to this place whenever I'll be in Zakopane.

The lobby, what’s a beautiful lobby, loved that folklore look. This place has its signature scent, nice and welcoming. Overall perfection in every detail. Don’t forget to try good coffee in the morning and a mojito later in the day. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely Hotel

Very nice Hotel. Perfect location in the heart of the city. Very large and spacious rooms. The bed could be of better quality...also the towels are of a very inferior level. A bit of a problem with parking even though they give a good, efficient and cheap solution. A pampering breakfast with all the goodness to offer. The best espresso coffee in this city. Thank you for the hospitality.

Well, I have mixed feelings.

Wonderful and friendly staff, delicious food and beautiful decor, but in a 5-star hotel I would expect the spa not to have one tiny jacuzzi, not to mention the pool - in my opinion it is a wading pool. I have never seen such a small pool in any hotel. The gym also disappointed me - it was so small that I couldn't believe it for a while. To go to the spa, from some rooms you need to go through the lobby, which is a bit uncomfortable. In a 5-star hotel I think it should be organised differently :)

The hotel needs a facelift or deep clean. My hotel room sofa had 2 huge stains which I covered with a towel. The cloth headboard was filthy. New pillows should be a priority. The bathroom was clean and lovely. The reception area staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff not so. Food was good.
