Lovely room with all the amenities of a hotel!

Beautiful, modern and clean place that is very well equipped. I stayed for 2 nights and I really enjoyed my time there. It is well located and all the main atttractions are walking distance. The staff is super nice and Josip was very helpful! He gave me a city map and pointed out where to go and local places to eat. Highly recommended place!

The apartment shower was very grimy, the pillows very small and the beds uncomfortable. The area was ok. The apartment was cheap and came with bonus pubic hair. Of the 20 different places we have stayed in while travelling Europe this was the least favourite. The stairs were awkward. It was close walking distance to the train station of lovely cafes of Zagreb.

It was hair on the floor, and dirt. The towels had orange and black spots on them, and they looked dirty. They smelled sweat. The bed sheets had the same marks on them.

No staff, so its hard to communicate with the "host" especially if they are not close to their phone or mesaging service. Safe batteries are melted. Sombody unlocked my door with the so called "private" code and only stopped because we were inside. You have to walk up 3 stories of dark stairs beacuse there is no lighting at night for some reason, its not good for elderly guests. Overall bad host and bad experience. The hotel is also in between 2 strip clubs so expect that type of stay.

I have not rated this one poorly just because I have managed my expectations based on the reviews. I booked it anyway because it was one of the cheapest but still high rating. The hotel is indeed unresponsive - I even had to involve Hotels.com to reach out directly but to no avail. They really knock on your door to kick you out after check-out even before the 10:00 AM check-out time (which is already pretty early). For a 3 night stay, my room was never cleaned - the hotels reason is because it was a short stay - unacceptable. The room is good size though, its not new so there are a lot of wall scratches and the bathroom is dated. It is very central so expect to hear a lot of cars at night - I wasnt bothered by the 2 night clubs close to the hotel - you can barely hear the music to be fair.

Definitivamente es el peor hospedaje en el que me he quedado, Expedía debería de revisar bien las propiedades que publicita porque esta fue un asco en todo sentido. -No llegaba el wifi a la habitación. -El frigobar no servía -La cama tenía pulgas o ácaros que nos provocaron comezón y piquetes en la noche. -Claramente no han limpiado bien la habitación en mínimo 1 año, las camas por abajo tenían polvo acumulado (tengo videos de evidencia) -Deberían de ser claros con su ubicación, NO ES UN LUGAR RECOMENDABLE PARA FAMILIAS, la ubicación parece buena pero alado hay un cabaret, y justo en frente pero literal enfrente hay un table dance, entonces el ruido por la noche es muy alto y no te deja dormir. -El edificio no cuenta con elevador y está en el tercer piso los departamentos por lo que si llevas maleta prepárate para subir esas escaleras, que además no tienen luz! -El edificio en general está sucio y muy creepy, daba miedo salir en la noche a fumar. -Te dejan 2 rollos de papel de baño tamaño individual que parecen como ración de la segunda guerra mundial, obviamente no alcanza para una estancia de 3 noches.. En general no te dejes ir por el precio y la “buena ubicación” evita a toda costa hospedarte en ese lugar, pésima experiencia, sobretodo la parte de las pulgas o lo que sea que nos picó en la noche, así como la suciedad del departamento y la ubicación con los tuburios que hay a escasos 10m y el ruido que generan. NO SE HOSPEDEN AHÍ, deberían bajarlo de expedía.

We loved the location, easily walkable to many places! the room was fairly clean, we just had one issue with the shower not draining properly. I messaged on our first night about the slow draining and I never heard anything for our entire stay regarding it. It got so bad where you’d open the shower door and water would pour out onto the bathroom floor. Really was not a fan of that and the fact no one got back to us was really upsetting.

This building is in the city centre of Zagreb, it’s very ideal. It is within a few minutes of the national theatre, many amazing dining options and cafes, Ban Jelačić Square etc. There is an AC in the room and it works really well so we were able to always be at a comfortable temperature. It was very clean, comfortable, and check in + out was very simple and easy. I would recommend this place and I will stay again.

We hadden een kakkerlak in de douche. Verder was de grond vuil, in de hoeken was niet gepoetst. Er zaten ook veel haren in het bed. Het hotel had wel een fijne locatie, midden in het centrum.

Shares a building with another hostel and some other businesses. The hostel itself is great but the shared spaces are a little wanting. Room itself was great and so was location.

We felt very uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned. The bed linen was not changed, there was hair from other guests everywhere. The towels also full of hair from other guests. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this apartments.

We had slight hiccup while checking in, the code provided was wrong, call were not answered hence had to wait outside door for sometime. Our room had windows open to common space where other neighbours were smoking hence the room smelt of cigarettes even after the window were closed and AC was on. Property is in good location, walkable to major tourist attractions.

buena ubicación se puede recorrer a pie sitios turístico, en la zona hay supermercados. edificio un poco antiguo, en la entrada falta iluminación, la habitación en general cómoda, amplia y limpia. La atención es a través del wsp ya que no se tiene recepción

Prédio velho, mas o apartamento muito novo e moderno. Não há atendimento, você recebe a senha para acessar o apartamento que é espaçoso e confortável. Localização boa, dá pra ir a pé para os pontos de interesse sem muita dificuldade.

Wi-Fi não funciona, prédio com aparência horrível, subida de dois andares por escada longa ( esteja preparado para subir), porém quarto até que é bom, banheiro era novo, porém ralo a água demorava a descer, lençol tinha cabelo, não funcionava aquecedor para roupa, tv não entrava os canais, geladeira não funcionava. Se for para dormir uma noite de passagem pela cidade até vale. Código para entrar era o mesmo do quarto, ou seja deveria ser o mesmo para todos. Localização era boa, dá para andar pela localidade

A escada para chegar até o terceiro andar é muito íngreme e não tem elevador. Para quem carrega mala média ou maior é um grande problema. Os frigobares nos quartos não funcionavam. A anfitriã demorou para nos responder as mensagens relativas a esta questão do frigobar.

Service and wifi very disappointing

Accommodation is well located and a great price, but WiFi is non existent. I messaged the manager about it, and took hours and a follow up message after some hours, to reply that no one else had complained but they would check with provider, and wanted to know what time we were checking out….nothing more. Travelling with my daughters, had a total of 6 devices, nothing works, no issues anywhere else during our 3 weeks across Europe. Such a shame and lack of ability to fix issues, and no wifi, so would not be able to recommend and would not stay here had I known.
