Freti (owner/manager) was great! Easy to communicate with and made everything super easy. Check in and Check out was seamless with a combination code lockbox right outside the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious and in a great location (easy walk to the main town square) and Cathedral and other historical sites. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you!

The Superior Stay Zagreb was a perfect place for our family of 4 for 3 nights in early July. The apartment was clean and lots of space for our family. The pans to cook on need to be replaced they are in awful condition and some of the cooking utensils were broken (handles falling off) but otherwise the place was great to stay at, clean, had everything you need and very easy check in/out, fast response from host when needed.

The apartment is nice, a little older than in the photos. The only problem is that it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator. We didn't know this and we had 8 pieces of luggage. The hostess is very helpful and attentive.

Lovely ! Beautiful and comfortable with very attentive hosts. Great location. Beware that the apartment is newly remodeled but the building has no elevator so one must walk up stairs.
