The hotel was a bit far from the centre but has a tram stop within a minute that would take to centre in 25 minutes. The room was spacious but need maintenance. Unfortunately, our room was really filthy. When complained, the reception staff sent a cleaner after 20 minutes. Even she did not clean the room properly. We could not use the hot tub as the sorroundings were dirty. There were dust everywhere. The breakfast was nice and plenty. Temperature cant be controlled from the room. Anna was really helpful and tried her best to accomodate our requests. Except the cleanliness, the experience was good overall.

Great location for easy access into the city centre. Tram stop right outside. 20-30 min journey directly to the centre. Free on-site parking. Nice room. Comfy bed. Only downside was no kettle and no plug socket close to the mirror. Would use again if ever need to come back to Zagreb.

Nice jet tub room , spacious, great location, lots of shopping and dining options walking distance including a farmers market and a mall. They gave the spa in the basement and I tried to book a massage but waited too long and they were booked up. They had a 45 min special for 35 Euro for hotel guests.

Good hotel for the price, spacious room and bathroom, delicious breakfast and free parking. The only caveat is our room faced the street with a train. I had ear plugs so didn’t bother me once asleep. Everything else was very good.

Location is perfect, direct tramway to railroad station or Ban Jelačić square. Perfect breakfast, parking near the building, only too hot in room because the control is not working - just sleep with window open.
