A little gem tucked away! The entrance to the hotel is off the Main Street and a little quieter. The staff were wonderfully friendly! The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful!! The location can’t be beat- walking distance to everything. I would 100% stay here again!

Overall, the hotel is excellent, with parking and the hotel itself situated in a prime location, making restaurants, sights, and shops easily accessible within a short walk. Breakfast is included and offers a great selection! The staff was very kind and helpful. My only minor complaint is that the rooms feel a bit dated and somewhat dark. I would still highly recommend this hotel. Note that parking costs €20 per night, but the parking area is spacious and convenient.

The place to be.

Fantastic location, very clean and staff were lovely. We enjoyed being able to open the windows and be part of the city bussle even though it was quite loud. However once windows were closed it was very quiet. Lovely bathroom but anyone with mobility issues may find the bath/shower intimidating. Great breakfast!

We stayed in a room with 2 skylight windows, can watch the stars at night. Place near shopping area and restaurants. Hotel’s staffs are very friendly and helpful. On Sunday we went to the flea market, just 5 mins walk from the hotel.

A most enjoyable stay at this hotel. We were welcomed with a drink when we arrived to check in. The staff members were friendly and helpful at all times. The room was large, bed comfortable with good quality bed linen and the bathroom was large and clean. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a nicely presented buffet that would satisfy most people. We could walk everywhere in the lower and upper towns.

My wife and I have been traveling in Europe for a month and have stayed in many hotels and Hotel Park 45 was the best. Apon arrival we were greased by a friendly and gracious hotel clerk that offered us a glass of champagne. After our quick check in we we arrived in our room that was very nicely decorated and very clean. The AC worked perfect and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was immaculate. We had a very restful sleep and then we went down stairs for breakfast that was magnificent. The best hotel breakfast of the trip. My only regret is we could only stay one night at this wonderful hotel. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay and you can count on us staying at the Park Hotel 45 on our next trip ta Zagreb.❤️

The hotel is in a good central location near all the sights. The breakfast was good and the room comfortable. The only problem I had was it took hours for the toilet to fill up with water after flushing. Zagreb is a lovely city, at the moment there is building and restoration work going on everywhere. When it’s all completed the city will be beautiful .
