The location of this place is amazing in the big city, you are tucked away in a little corner away from the noise, but also right in the middle of all the action Very peaceful and relaxing .will stay here again for next visit to Zagreb Croatia

If you are looking for a charming, friendly and well-run hotel, this is the place. The breakfast is nice with a beautiful setting on an outside patio against a water fountain. The location is perfect! Staff is really nice. Beds are comfy.

Very quaint, charming hotel, right in the heart of old city Zagreb. Three minute walk to the main Square. Lots of restaurants and shops and convenience. Stores within a two minute walk. Excellent buffet breakfast with very attentive staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

A very comfortable, well-appointed room with high quality linens. The hotel is centrally located and has boutique charm. Included breakfast was excellent and included made to order cappuccino and fresh squeezed orange juice. My only complaint is the shower is very small.

The location of Hotel Jagerhorn is perfectly situated for access to the old town, many dining opportunities and shopping. The tram line is convenient to the hotel. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed. The structure is definitely old. Bathrooms are upgraded and adequate. The rooms are small as to be expected. A very lovely breakfast was served every morning in the dining room. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at hotel Jagerhorn and would stay there again.

The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were very good. The check-in was amazingly wonderful as the person who checked us in was so friendly and so helpful! All of the other front desk people were just as nice. The breakfast was very nice, very fresh and tasty; there weren't a ton of choices but there were enough to keep it interesting for three days. The only downside is that they could get a little noise the outside of our window, but if you closed the windows the noise was gone. No elevator, but the rooms are only on 2 floors. Great stay!

Great location! You can walk to most downtown locations or take a tram easily if going further. The rooms and the hallway is somewhat drab with dark carpeting and not enough lighting. But they have a lovely outdoor breakfast and cafe area which makes up for it. Helpful staff!

Superb location, enabling us to walk to every place on our list and much more. Staff is helpful, kind, personable. The facility is rather lovely, well aged, but a bit tired. The room was spacious, and we particularly appreciated the solid oak and other wood furniture through the place. But the room was dark, making it hard to find a place to actually read anything printed.
