If you are looking for a charming, friendly and well-run hotel, this is the place. The breakfast is nice with a beautiful setting on an outside patio against a water fountain. The location is perfect! Staff is really nice. Beds are comfy.

Very quaint, charming hotel, right in the heart of old city Zagreb. Three minute walk to the main Square. Lots of restaurants and shops and convenience. Stores within a two minute walk. Excellent buffet breakfast with very attentive staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is the oldest hotel in Zagreb. Big bonus for parking but it's a bit tricky with large vehicles because it's located on a small, single lane street and there's no real pullover room while you wait for gate to be opened. It's not obvious there's a call bell, either. Walk to hotel is about 6-8 minutes on typical cobbled streets. Reception was great and we got EXCELLENT recommendations for dinner. Room was small yet adequate. Could be loud at night from courtyard. A/C gets turned off at night so keep windows open. Restaurant on site but we didn't est there. Breakfast was variety of eggs yogurt. Breads, meat/cheese, etc. Plentiful and tasty. Recommend if you like being in city center and old town.

A very comfortable, well-appointed room with high quality linens. The hotel is centrally located and has boutique charm. Included breakfast was excellent and included made to order cappuccino and fresh squeezed orange juice. My only complaint is the shower is very small.

The location of Hotel Jagerhorn is perfectly situated for access to the old town, many dining opportunities and shopping. The tram line is convenient to the hotel. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed. The structure is definitely old. Bathrooms are upgraded and adequate. The rooms are small as to be expected. A very lovely breakfast was served every morning in the dining room. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at hotel Jagerhorn and would stay there again.

The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were very good. The check-in was amazingly wonderful as the person who checked us in was so friendly and so helpful! All of the other front desk people were just as nice. The breakfast was very nice, very fresh and tasty; there weren't a ton of choices but there were enough to keep it interesting for three days. The only downside is that they could get a little noise the outside of our window, but if you closed the windows the noise was gone. No elevator, but the rooms are only on 2 floors. Great stay!
