Staff on both the overnight and during the day were extremely accommodating and helpful with anything that came up. It made the stay very enjoyable and less stressful after a day of flying

Walking distance to downtown

We wanted something walking distance into downtown that had parking. It wasn't clear on the booking page if parking was an extra fee (it was) but the front desk lady was very nice about letting us keep our car in the parking garage until 3:00 pm the next day so that we could see Zagreb sites. The room was modern and clean and had everything we wanted, including a fridge.

Room size was ok, although noisy, because next to busy road and railway. Garage had an awful smell. Fruit at the breakfast buffet was old.

The Hotel rightly located. It is a 3 minutes walk to the bus stop to board the Tram to the City Centre, which is approximately 10-15 minutes ride, depends on Stops. The rooms are big and well decorated. The breakfast scramble egg was tasty and we enjoyed the Cappuccino. There were other selections of breakfast drinks. For a 4-Star Hotel, the Group should provide Kettle, tea/coffee and biscuits in rooms for guests.

Very Pleased With My Stay

My family enjoyed their time at the hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and engaging while the rooms were very clean and comfortable. They have a modern vibe which we enjoyed. Large TV and comfortable beds. The large bathrooms were a pleasant surprise! The only consideration may be location. The hotel is about a 25-30 minute walk to the main square and has limited options for conveniences such as late night drinks and snacks.

Achtung bei Buchung von Anex Zimmer. Fotos mit denen geworben werden, stimmen nicht mit den eigentlichen Zimmern überein. Es werden nur die Premiumzimmer gezeigt. Anexzimmet haben direkten Zugang von der Straße und habe nur kleines Fenster zu nem Hinterhof. Durch Beschwerde da von zwei gebuchten Anexzimmern nicht wie angegeben um 15 Uhr bezogen werden konnten, da noch nicht geteinigt, haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen. Zimmer im 4 Stock war n sauber und zweckmäsig eingerichtet. Aber kein 4 Sterne Standard eher so zwei bis max. 3 Sterne Standard. Parken kostet 15 € pro Nacht und Fahrzeug. Eird vorher auch nicht angegeben! Alles in allem werden wir nicht mehr dort ünernachten.

Lo más parecido a estar en el cuarto de limpieza,

Nos alojaron en una habitación (de dos que tienen) en lo más parecido al cuarto limpieza o basuras ,el problema no es que estuviera fuera del edificio del hotel sino la pinta que tenía…no al alza la categoría de hotel, vergonzoso alojar ahí a los clientes
