Nice place. Fabulous views from our balcony. Not far from Mount Etna sight seeing area. Good restaurant in the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Très bel établissement

Hôtel surplombant la vallée, nous y sommes restées pour une nuit avant d’entamer l’ascension de l’Etna. Possibilité de se garer devant l’hôtel facilement, petit déjeuner assez moyen au vu de l’établissement, mais menu très varié pour le dîner, je recommande

Panorama e posizione mozzafiato!

Tutto perfetto...la neve ha reso tutto più spettacolare! Personale molto accogliente e disponibile. L'hotel non è nuovissimo (basterebbero piccoli accorgimenti per migliorarne la qualità), ma la posizione e il panorama lo rendono unico! Una delle pecche è che non organizzano degli intrattenimenti per la sera, restando bloccati dalla neve, non abbiamo avuto granché da fare, ma abbiamo recuperato andando a giocare con la neve proprio sulla strada davanti l'hotel!

Just scrapping average

We stayed here for a night as a base for exploring etna. The Good: the rooms are a little worn but it's manages to come across as charming. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view Is also good and rooms have balconies. The Bad: wi-if did not work in the room, if you positioned yourself close to the door it worked, but not a great set up. We had further issues with the wi-fi in the morning over brunch. I asked reception about it who provided me the wi-fi password and continued with a lively discussion amongst themselves. A massive customer service Fail. The Restaurant: Awful. We had to grab a quick meal here over lunch time and it was awful. The restaurant is empty for a reason. The Verdict. Not a terrible base for a night. Don't expect to much from the breakfast buffet and eat somewhere else for all other meals. Stayed July 2015, travelled as a couple

Das Hotel bewerte ich insgesamt (*** Sterne) als ausreichend. Der Zustand ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftigt, hier muss renoviert werden. Das betrifft insbesondere das Bad, die Sanitärfugen in der Dusche müssen erneuert werden. Das Ambiente ist eher altmodisch. Es ist aber eine gute Wahl als Ausgangsort für die Erkundung der Umgebung. Die zentrale Nähe zum Ätna möcht ich hervorheben.

Bezoek aan de Etna

Ik heb dit hotel bezocht omdat ik de Etna graag wou zien en op het eiland moest zijn voor een bruiloft. Het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ze hebben ook een prima keuken. Het interieur van het hotel is vrij gedateerd.

hotel heeft zijn beste tijd gehad

Hotel is niet meer van deze tijd, zowel de kamers als de voorzieningen zijn achterhaald. Als je de pech hebt dat er een groep bustoeristen het ontbijtbuffet geplunderd heeft dan duurt het toch wel heel lang voordat er iets is aangevuld. Hotel om te mijden ondanks het gegeven dat het dicht bij mt etna ligt.

La struttura di per sé è molto elegante, in modo particolare le hall sono disposte su più piani e le aree comuni sono confortevoli e accoglienti. Il wi-fi all'interno della camera non era disponibile e tale servizio non è stato ripristinato entro il termine del soggiorno nonostante la mia richiesta. La colazione è davvero molto scarsa ed inoltre i cornetti sono di quelli confezionati del discount. Le camere sono pulite e comode, tuttavia i televisori sono molto piccoli e nel bagno i prodotti offerti per l'igiene sono scarsi. Asciugacapelli presente.

Fandt frem til hotellet på nettet. Hotellet var af meget bedre stand, end vi havde forestillet os. Det er meget smukt beliggende op ad en bjergskråning, hvilket betyder, at man fra værelsets balkon har den mest vidunderlige udsigt mange kilometer væk. Både værelse og badeværelse var store og velindrettede og rene. Ud over den store balkon i forbindelse med eget værelse, findes der store terrasser på hver etage samt i forbindelse med den store flotte spisesal. Desværre var der til vores store forundring næsten kun os på hotellet. Hotellet fortjener et langt større publikum. Derudover ligger det kun 16 km fra Etnas sydlige ende, og vejen dertil fra hotellet er vældig fin. Vi kan kun anbefale hotellet.
