Lovely family run business, Zoran, Davos and Danielle were friendly and helpful. A little dated in decor and a good 20min walk into Zadar Old Town, but clean, comfortable accommodation with good bathroom facilities. Would stay again if we were ever in the area.

Brilliant

This was a fantastic hotel in the heart of Zadar. The breakfast was super and a BIG plus to the owner, who welcomed us at the street, when we arrived exhousted with our motorcykels.

Very good

Rooms were clean and comfy but very small. For longer stays only for young couples with no interests than in themselves or swimming. Big plus for the fridge in the rooms and the breakfast (to pay extra).

Enjoyed my stay here

Enjoyed my stay here, owner is very friendly and always willing to help and the room was clean. Only slight downside was the walk to the beach and old town, which extremely long but difficult due to the temperature so I ended up having to take ubers (34 degrees when I went). Walk is definitely manageable if you can handle the heat and if I had gone when it was slightly cooler I wouldn't have minded walking

The host was wonderful and he sold us Fazanka cruise tickets to Kornati islands 65€/person. The room isn’t the fanciest and the bed was too short to me even if I’m 181cm. Shower was quite small as well.

Property owner Zoran is friendly and welcoming..the room is comfortable and has a well working AC and balcony, a wonderful perk. Bathrooms are a bit small and there is no shower gel/shampoo. Our shower doors unfortunately didn't seal properly and after every shower the floors were wet.

Pansion Maria is a very nice small hotel within walking distance of Old Town Zadar. Our room was two flights up in a building that appeared to have multiple rooms on each of the three floors. Zoran, the proprietor, is very personable and was very helpful in giving us directions to the Old Town. After check-in, we walked to Old Town (1.5 Km) to see some of the walled city and the Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun. A big crowd had gathered at dusk to see the led-based ‘performance’ of the ‘Greeting’ installation. Free parking was a definite plus! The continental breakfast was a good start to our day exploring the Old Town. Highly Recommended!

O quarto é bem completo, possui ar condicionado (essencial pro verão europeu), frigobar e é bem confortável. Um pouco afastado do centro da cidade, cerca de 20 minutos a pé. Deixo registrado ainda que pela reserva que fiz através do hoteis.com o checkout deveria ser ao meio dia (12:00) entretanto o hotel dizia que não, que o checkout era as 11:00, e mesmo mostrando o comprovante fomos tirados mais cedo do nosso quarto. Pode ser uma falha de comunicação entre o hotel e a plataforma, entretanto poderiam resolver isso entre si.
