We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel A’mare! The hotel is beautiful, modern and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of fresh food. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel A’mare!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property is exceptionally modern and clean. The entire staff was excellent, providing helpful and friendly service throughout our visit.A major highlight was the Italian night buffet, which was truly above and beyond with incredible food quality. Additionally, the location is perfect. We were within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, making sightseeing effortless.Highly recommended!

Comfortable and clean hotel an easy 10mins walk from Zadar old town. Rooms were spacious and had all amenities for our short stay. Staff welcoming and helpful. Really good breakfast choice and replenished often. Excellent value for the price. A couple of negatives though: 1) not particularly easy to find as hotel is surrounded by other buildings and the local area a bit run down 2) parking not the easiest if you come by car - we were lucky and managed to find a space quite close to hotel but generally street parking on first come, first served 3) water pressure can vary - was fine early morning but after breakfast water stopped for a while before returning. 4) the water and fruit juice from mixer and tasted very artificial. Overall, we were impressed with the hotel and think it deserves more than 3* but let down by the surrounding area. Would still stay again if returning.

As other reviewers note the surrounding area isn’t particularly inviting but it didn’t feel unsafe. We walked to and from the hotel including at night. Zadar is still pretty unspoilt and quiet compared to Dubrovnik or Split but more flights year on year bring more tourists with new hotels opening to accommodate them, in areas outside the old town, this being one. It is an easy taxi ride from the airport and 15 mins walking distance from the old town. It was clean and comfortable but our room was very small and quite noisy - could hear toilets and showers in surrounding rooms during the night. Staff were good.

Having strong air conditioning was appreciated during the heat wave. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of foods and is a good benefit for the cost of accommodation. I also had a great entree for a late lunch at the restaurant. Parking around the hotel is limited, so if you have a rental as we did, plan accordingly. We were able to find parking in the alleyway adjacent to the hotel.
