Good hotel with all the basic things you need to rest. Bed was confortable although adding a plastic protection under the sheets was a little bothering. My room was facing the street, so around 6:30 am I started hearing cars and motorcycles passing right in front of my window. People was friendly and location is great. Door is closed at nights but you only need to ring the bell and somebody will open the door for you. I recommend this hotel

The initial room was humid and had cracks and a bit of mold on the walls . We got switched to another one on the ground floor on the street which was very noisy. We had a second night in another room which was decent. Staff was ok but, despite we apologized for the inconvenience was not really friendly. Quite disappointed compared to reviews.

Si mandas mensajes por la plataforma de Expedia no están atentos, para que lo tomen en cuenta, ya que yo requería una habitación en primer piso para mí mamá porque no puede subir escaleras, y la chica de la recepción me dijo que no revisan los mensajes por medio de Expedia, así que me dieron una del tercer piso.
