Friendly helpful staff

The hotel is in a great location for walking to shops, restaurants and events in the town center. The staff is very friendly and helpful even though I don't the language. There is parking in the back of the hotel that is private and easily accessible.

It was excellent and very safe. I was there for the weekend of el dia de los muertos. I traveled by myself and i felt very secured. Everything was within walking distance. I went to the mina el eden, el cerro de la bufa, and the centro. The taxi guys were very helpful and respectful.

NO TIENE ESTACIONAMIENTO

Lo reservé porque anuncian tener estacionamiento pero ES MENTIRA, llegué 11pm y no tenían ni lugar para estacionarme afuera a bajar las maletas. Llamé porque el tráfico era terrible y me dijeron que no tenían lugar para el auto y que buscara lugar en la calle. Después de 2 horas sin encontrar lugar desistí y terminé hospedándome en otro hotel. Ahora espero hoteles.com me haga el reembolso solicitado y cuiden que sus hoteles realmente cumplan lo que prometen.

This hotel is perfectly located, very clean, old, but the water was hot and good pressure and the staff was wonderful. The room doors are as thin as paper and not very secure if that is a concern for you.

Just a well located hotel.

The place is pretty worn down, the room it self is not very pleasant for the price paid I could get better at a airbnb. The service was just not very cordial. The only good thing about it is the location.
