You need to check in with a Telefon , even to enter the door your need to call . I hab 2 guest before me for check inn - I waited 30 minutes

Nice hotel

The Hotel is nice. It’s about an hour out of Madrid, which wasn’t that bad because you could just take the bus to and from. the rooms were great. It was a little loud sometimes so that and there’s nobody there to control that. They have a virtual front desk and that AI is the only thing that speaks English all the people there. Speak Spanish only no English. So that was I want to say that’s a downside but on the hole it was a nice hotel.

There is no receptionist on site, but we comunicate with them through a video door entry system, which worked fairly well.

The check in process was difficult. I chose this hotel because it said you could check in any time in the evening. When I arrived the door was locked. There was an intercom but after 10 minutes of trying there was no answer. I only managed to get in when another guest entered the hotel. Inside there is a kiosk which is used to get the room access code and the main door code. Aside from this the hotel is nice and clean.

El método de pago rechazó 3 tarjetas de crédito válidas. Si no es posible el pago con tarjeta de crédito, el Hotel no debería rechazar el pago en efectivo, como hemos solicitado. Nos tomó 62 minutos hacer el check in. Este es el único punto que merece una calificación muy negativa.

No volveremos.

Lo bueno, el hotel está nuevo. Lo malo, para mi, no hay nadie, pero nadie literalmente, que atienda personalmente en el establecimiento. Todo funciona con llamadas y códigos. La habitación es correcta, sin más. El baño estaría bien de no ser porque la bañera es una pista de patinaje, sin antideslizante en suelo, y sin ningún sitio donde cogerse, un peligro. No volveremos.

Quarto bastante honesto. Cama confortável, chuveiro decente, ambiente muito limpo. O checkin foi feito remotamente por uma funcionária muito simpática, que nos enviou os códigos para acessar o hotel e o quarto. Tudo funciona muito bem.

Hotel muy normal, vistas a la pared de enfrente, la ducha no tragaba el agua, sin personal presencial para este tipo de problemas y falta de intrucciones en parte del uso de las instalaciones ya que no hay personal en la recepción, va todo online.

Cogimos el Hotel para descansar, porque teníamos un compromiso cerca y el Hotel se veía bastante bien. Eran las 2:00 de la mañana y en las habitaciones de al lado estaban con música, riéndose, bailando muchísimo ruido ya que no hay personal alquilas una habitación y puede entrar cualquiera. Parece que cogen las habitaciones para no pasar frío en la calle pero se supone que un hotel es para descansar. No lo recomiendo para nada .

El hotel muy bien, moderno, limpio, correcto...el registro de entrada es muy rápido si antes mandas la documentación por email, son dos minutos. Llamas por teléfono, dices el nombre y te abren para la firma electrónica desde el hall de allí con su pantalla táctil. Eso sí, el pueblo es mi que es..para pasar allí el tiempo estrictamente necesario y poco más.
