We booked this hotel for its beautiful pool view. We were devastated to see that the pool was dirty and full of debris from nearby trees. Walking up to the gated area we had to watch our step; there were puddles everywhere. The gym area has four different pieces of equipment. We also received a notice that the water was going to be interrupted. We do not plan to stay at this hotel again.

Nice, clean hotel rooms for clean comfortable but outdated definitely you could see the wear and tear in the aging in the bathrooms, the refrigerator didn’t keep anything really cool. It was a good night sleep. Definitely will we book to stay there again. Parking lots a little odd for your room parking.

Good rooms, only thing the whole building was really hot & the rooms. Lady at the desk said it was being fixed soon they just needed parts to fix the AC. Other than that room cooled up quickly & we’re very clean. 7.5/10

If peeling wallpaper, mold, mystery stains, and lots of bugs are part of your preferred vacation aesthetic, then congratulation you’ve found your dream destination However, you prefer your accommodations without those particular amenities, I would strongly suggest running in the opposite direction. Period. The one shining light in this experience was the front desk clerk. He was absolutely amazing kind, helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, and completely on top of everything. His customer service was exceptional, and frankly, he is far too good to be working at a property in this condition. He deserves five stars. Unfortunately, the hotel does not. We did not complete our stay and stayed elsewhere.

Clean rooms, some a bit dated, we as a family had 3 rooms, love the suite with kitchen. Staff are helpful and understanding. Grandkids love the pool. And breakfast included with stay is great.

Previously Shilo Inn, the Yuma Inn & Suites has seen better days and appears to be currently under renovation and removing of old branding. The pool was clean but the hot tub was being worked on. They have a steam room, sauna and exercise room. They also have a small laundry room but it I saw an out of order sign on one of the machines. Eric the desk clerk was professional and accommodating and we appreciated him bringing us fresh towels at the pool. All of the employees we interacted with were very nice and friendly. I will definitely consider booking again if I need accommodations in Yuma again
