This place is absolutely fine. If you’re going to be at Uluru this is the perfect mid-range option. Transport from hotel, perfect access to all activities and local amenities. On site laundry services, restaurant, activities. Lovely staff.

Lovely hotel, staff were lovely. Enjoyed our meal in the Restaurant. They catered for me as I am dairy intolerant. Nothing seemed a bother. Certainly would stay again if I ever come back to Australia

Helpful freindly staff, always prompt when asking for help. Spacious enough room for family of 4. Everything in Yulara is within walking distance, otherwsie the shuttle bus is very handy. Best time of travel in Sep-Oct before the centre of Australia warms up too much

Not too many options hence a bit pricey, but worth it. Having your own back veranda with the view of the desert and a peaceful enjoyment of the outback atmosphere was worth it. Property has regular shuttle service (every 20 minutes), airport pickup and drop. The market is 6 minutes walk. Loved my stay here.

Older style hotel. Outdoor campus style where you walk to your rooms. Have connected rooms for larger families. Breakfast on site is very expensive. Grocery store is close and laundry is on-site and free

Restaurant had excellent food, bar was well stocked + made the best mocha coffees I've had in my 5 weeks in AU. Staff was friendly, helpful + efficient, but always with plenty of time to assist in the best experiences. Truly a most enjoyable stay.

Given the resort location, you are a captive audience, which pushes up the price. While the pictures make it look fancier than it is, it was comfortable in the 40 degree heat and the air con worked hard. Great restaurant.

This is the definition of a captive market. The hotel is decent but the cleanliness is not very good. There was a colony of ants that made a home in our room. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. I understand this is a remote area and keeping pests out may be more difficult but there is really no excuse for the infestation. The food would also be fine if you were not paying premium for it. I think the hotel needs to work on pricing because it is definitely not worth the price tag at this level of quality. The checkout is also before 10 am which is really not enough time. The other issue is that everything is geared toward paying extra for tours and things like renting a car or using the hop on hop off bus is either exorbitant in cost or difficult to book because it sells out. It’s a shame that they took such a beautiful location and turned it into what can only be described as a tourist trap. The nature is well worth it to see just do your research and book in advance so you don’t have to pay unnecessary tour fees.
