The hotel is a bit far from station if you are travelling with large luggage, but the good news are , arranging taxi to the hotel is pretty easy . Rooms are superb, have chosen a smaller room out of all the room option but it’s still way bigger than the one that I have last time in ito. Staff has get the whole room sprayed , so I am so pleased that the whole room is out of bug!

The most amazing thing was definitely the food, was by far the best I’ve had in Yufuin after traveling here for more than 10 years. The onsen ryokan is brilliant. Totally worth the price. Great service and meal, lovely onsen bath. Just one advice, it would be better if you drive, since the hotel is like a 15mins walk away from the main area of Yufuin, which is fine in broad daylight but at night it is quite “rural”.
