靠近日月潭很棒的小木屋

超大床，溫馨小木屋，空間大，住宿非常舒適 很適合一家五口 還有庭院可讓小孩盪鞦韆，玩翹翹板等 不只家庭，也適合大群朋友同遊入住

We originally booked this hotel because of it's pet friendly policies but after contacting them after booking we were told that the room we booked wasn't available for pets, so the re-accommodated us to one that was, no problem there. When we arrived, the main hotel building looked modern and comfortable, but our room was across the road in a more rustic log cabin area. The rooms were fine and the bedding comfortable but it had a "school camp" feel too the cabins. We skipped breakfast on the first morning, which turned out to be a mistake. The hotel wasn't that full on the first night, but on the second night there were many more people staying so that the breakfast the following morning was crowded and the food was always empty. Overall the stay was pleasant and there aren't always a lot of options for pet friendly properties so we were happy that this one was flexible enough to accomodate.

如果不是連續假期，品質應該會更好

沐浴冷熱水，水溫不定，可能連續假期，所以柜臺動線不明⋯不知道到底要排怎麼樣，其它都很不錯，下次還是會考慮住這裡

很差的飯店

訂購四人房及兩人房各一間，四人房房門鎖故障要求更換房間與兩人房在一起，並未告知房間有升等是親子房所以不願退四人房差額，推說房門可以修是我自己要求更換房間的，換到的親子房床單不乾淨地毯上有很多棉絮，當場請他清潔了15分鐘，廁所排水有問題洗澡淹水到腳踝，早餐總類很少麵包只有吐司跟花生醬巧克力醬，餐廳有死蟑螂，整體設備都很老舊，如果之前評價人有提到的話我不會訂此飯店，不推薦住宿

第一印象大廳裝潢中規中矩 房間整潔度尚可 但房間略小 電視機能收視的頻道不多 浴室對外紗窗的把手損壞掉落 牆上有隻被打扁的昆蟲屍體 大廳少數服務人員回答客人問題的態度較為隨便, 缺乏一般飯店服務人員應對客人的禮貌 最令人驚訝的是餐廳 第一天早上一出大廳前往對面餐廳用餐的途中 就聽到正在準備上遊覽車的客人抱怨早餐品質實在太差了 令他非常不滿意 在餐廳也聽到隔壁桌的客人抱怨看到稀飯煮的一塊一塊的 讓他完全不想吃 實際上個人的感覺也是餐廳裝潢陳舊 且桌椅髒亂 入口的餐具回收處(客人自己回收)凌亂且有異味 住宿兩日發現稀飯品質不佳 甚至一天之內不是太稀就是太濃稠 所以品質不佳應該不是偶然 第一天出去遊玩回房之後房間已經整理過了 雖然東西擺放整齊 但我有一條白色褲子出門前放在棉被上沒有看到 因此沒有收到行李箱 回房後發現褲子被攤開斜斜的放在兩張床中間的床頭櫃上 蓋住電話 與一般飯店客房整理人員會幫你整齊放好的做法完全不同

遠離吵雜鬧區的飯店

日月潭住宿往往隔音不好,常常還聽得到觀光客聲音,住此,外面吵雜聲音聽不到,房間水壓強,唯獨電視有點舊 ,可看的台數不到20台,其他一切都還可以,以此價格住宿可住到隔音不錯,又不髒,水量大,早餐也有選擇性,床跟地板不髒,CP高 , 空氣又好,也好停車,早餐西式少,孩子吃比較不慣

不算好的住宿體驗,房間床頭櫃有煙灰也沒清,當晚的房客直到晚上還是鬧哄哄,在走廊講話很大聲,房門開關也很大聲,沒想到早上用餐也是鬧哄哄,早餐食物選擇少,食材也不新鮮,連肉鬆都有怪味,不會想再去!
