The staff were wonderful and so willing to help with anything whatsoever. The location is impeccable, right near the bus stop. Price is unbeatable, especially since the rooms are very modern and clean.

The location is convenient and located across the pier and close to the bus transit centre. Room is clean and modern with a nice shower and tub. Staff is friendly and helpful and gave tips on how to enjoy Sun Moon Lake. There is a bike tour which we did not attend because it was too early for us but heard good things about it. Breakfast is good and filled our tummy before we headed out to enjoy Sun Moon Lake. Shops and places to eat within walking distance. Remember to bring mosquito repellent.

Owner of Villa conducted the bike tour which was informative. He was very knowledgeable with great photography skills. Took a lot of excellent shots for the guests. However, breakfast timing should have been extended so that guests taking bike tour could have the breakfast. Bathrooms could be improved with blackout shades or blinds for better privacy. Overall, still a memorable stay.

Favorite hotel in Taiwan

Lovely hotel just around the corner from Shuishe bus stop. Close to pier, restaurants, 7-11, Family Mart. Elevator, nice shower, plenty of plugs and USB chargers, great breakfast. The complimentary tea in the rooms was AMAZING!! staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke great English.

Lovely stay

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location was convenient as it's across the street from the boat dock and staff was helpful and friendly. The owner took us out for a sunrise bike tour along the lake and it was the highlight of our trip to Sun Moon Lake.

the room is huge and bed is bigger than king size we really enjoy and there is a bicycle shop next door which is great Breakfast is not bad just short of western option, the coffee machine is great too.
