Amazing views from all lake-view patios. Hot water fountain in the room with premium black tea bags that soothe the heart. Enjoy the lake-mountain view. Friendly staff with smiles help with all kinds of requests. Breakfast comes with Taiwanese and Western styles that warm the heart and wake up the sleepyhead.

Bit from many bug at night in room while sleeping gives us a bad experience. Windows was close! We had 3 night and ask them if they could clean our room and fix the problem. The did not clean the room any day. We talk to other guest who also get this kind of bite from bug in their room. Conclusion - not cleaning room and not fixe bug. We can not recomend this hotel

The property is in excellent location and nice but rooms have not been maintained at all very worn tap fell off when using, all metal is heavily corroded, mirror is so damaged you can hardly see yourself, toilet was cracked, bugs, last persons shoes still there, very hard bed, A/C comes on and off with huge temperature swings enought to wake you up every couple hours. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff was very helpful but need google translate.

We only stayed one night out of the three we booked. Room was full of bugs, hotel reeked of sewer gas. Room was cramped and bathroom was awkward. Overall the photos of the hotel do not tell the whole story.

Uncomfortable stay.

We didn't feel the front desk lady's kindness. The room was not clean and with an awful smell that I needed to wear a mask to sleep. There was a spider clawing on the bed head. The shower room was too narrow get a comfortable shower. The water from the faucet was too strong to adjust.

Het hotel biedt niet wat je bij gevraagde prijs mag verwachten. Een klein bed en een onoverzichtelijk ontbijtbuffet. Een renovatie van (bad)kamers is gewenst. Het uitzicht op het meer is mooi, maar het hotel is te duur voor wat het biedt.

地點就在水社碼頭 可以搭船 也可以到附近店家租借腳踏車騎車環湖 不過進到房間之後發現牆壁凸起 浴室的牆壁也多處發霉 浴室蠻小的 有點不方便 但是有小陽台可以欣賞日月潭 早餐豐富 可以邊看日月潭邊用餐
