I love this minshu as it has an elevator and I move my luggages up to 3 floors easily. The host is a lovely lady and the breakfast she prepared is nice. The only setback is they do not receive guests after 6 pm so we have to look for the keys to our rooms ourselves. Our quad room is spacious. However there is only one toilet and shower area (in the same room) so we have to share.

入住多次冬夏都體驗過，環境很讚！很清幽的位置，離羅東夜市也還在車程範圍！民宿園區內還有個步道可到制高點鳥瞰周遭景色了；早餐是中式餐點，相當有誠意！

好友難得的機會一塊出遊，在這個網站上搜尋到這個很多曾經入住的旅客推薦的民宿。 選擇在平日的時間到宜蘭旅遊，選擇山一方民宿，老闆親切的接待，詳細的介紹居住的環境。讓我們有一種在自家環境的感覺，很放鬆很悠閒，早餐也是可口美味😋 下次肯定會在選擇的民宿，喜歡遠離塵囂喧鬧的渡假首選。

照片拍得蠻美的，實際有稍微微落差，蠻多是用木製家具，不是很新的感覺。 民宿在北橫公路，真的是與世隔絕的小山腰上，上來的路不難開，民宿不是親子取向，故住客多為情侶，怕小孩吵鬧的蠻推薦的!
