Zentral gelegenes sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in Ystad. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr sauber. Ausgesprochen aufmerksames und zugewandtes Personal. Umfangreiches und reichhaltiges modernes Frühstücksbüfett. Das Restaurant war leider wegen Personalmangels geschlossen, aber uns wurde mit Tipps für gutes Essen in der Umgebung geholfen. Rooftopbar mit schöner Aussicht. Zimmer modern und bequem. Insgesamt ausgesprochen empfehlenswert

Dålig frukost

Helt ok men mycket futtig frukost, och lite alternativ i restaurangen att välja på oxå och väldigt varmt på rummet trots AC som stod på 21 gick ej få ner mer. Personalen mycket trevlig och hjälpsamma cykeluthyrning ett plus.

Fint hotell med fin service, dock frukostens logistik mycket att önska, inget flyt på folket. Varför inte brickor att ta frukosten på, då kan man lämna tillbaka disken på ett enkelt sätt, sparar även personal. Jag förstår varför man sätter vanliga matskedar att ta flingor mm med i smala burkar, det kommer ju inte med så mycket flingor, sparar ju flingor, men tar onödigt med tid, ger köer.
