Absolutely amazing evening meal, a gourmet delight. We had the 'plats' but several mid courses, amuse-bouches etc arrived too and everything was delicious. The room was small though and very little hot shower water in the morning (although tap water was hot). Breakfast was okay but not special.

Propriétaire nonchalant et arrogant

HĂŽtel trĂšs correct pour le prix, en revanche le propriĂ©taire est d’une nonchalance extrĂȘme. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© mis dehors un peu violemment suite Ă  une erreur d’heure de sortie entre les informations communiquĂ©es lors de la rĂ©servation et celle apparemment (non) communiquĂ©es par notre hĂŽte. Le dĂ©part Ă©tait indiquĂ© pour midi sur notre rĂ©servation, mais l’hĂŽte nous a indiquĂ© (aprĂšs nous avoir mis dehors) que c’était 11h. Idem pour l’entrĂ©e dans la chambre. Nous avions prĂ©vu de rĂ©cupĂ©rer la chambre Ă  14h (comme indiquĂ© sur notre rĂ©servation) mais mauvaise surprise quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s et que l’on nous a dit que la chambre ne serait pas prĂȘte avant 15h. Suite Ă  cette incohĂ©rence, j’ai suggĂ©rĂ© au propriĂ©taire de revoir les horaires avec la plate-forme. Je me suis fait alors jetĂ©e et il m’a dit que ce n’était pas son problĂšme, et que je n’avais qu’à apprendre Ă  lire les instructions notĂ©es dans le couloir de l’hĂŽtel. Bref, hĂŽtel correct pour un sĂ©jour d’une nuit surtout qu’il n’y a pas vraiment d’autres options Ă  Yssengeaux, mais je vous conseille d’éviter le propriĂ©taire peu sympathique.

A l’arrivĂ©e pour l’enregistrement de la chambre, personnel froid et pas trĂšs accueillant. Bref dans les dĂ©tails et l’indication de la chambre. La chambre est propre mais vĂ©tuste. Nous sommes déçue dans le sens oĂč on ne s’attendait pas Ă  cela, la prestation n’est pas en accord avec le prix de la chambre. Interrupteur bancale, wc pas optimal (attendre 15min avant de pouvoir retirer une chasse d’eau) Serviette pas de qualitĂ©, bas de gamme, rĂȘches. Point positif : le gel douche eco-responsable, il sentait bon. ProblĂšme de mise en route du chauffage. Literie et coussin de bonne qualitĂ©, draps propre mais a du vĂ©cu. Belle vue sur la place centrale. Petit dĂ©jeuner bon rapport qualitĂ© / prix, 12€ avec un petit buffet continental, avec du choix en thĂ© et boissons chaudes. Point positif pour le personnel du matin, chaleureux et accueillant, aux petits soins.

Ce séjour a vraiment été une trÚs bonne surprise (nous ne connaissions pas Yssingeaux). Accueil à la fois chaleureux et simple. Et que dire des repas! Des plats à la fois recherchés, créatifs, frais et pas bégueules. On sent le chef cuisinier qui prend un réel plaisir à valoriser des produits locaux et à surprendre. De quoi mettre du coeur aux randonnées à la journée dans le vivarais tout proche.

Accueil agréable malgré une arrivée tardive. Chambre n°4 au 1er avec accÚs par un escalier qui grince. Plancher en pente prononcée. Propreté correcte. Grand écran - Installations sanitaires plutÎt anciennes mais fonctionnelles. Insonorisation par rapport à la rue correcte mais mauvaise en interne (bruits d'eau - bruits de pas et autres nous ayant réveillés dÚs 6h30 sans possibilité de se rendormir) En bref, un niveau moyen pour un 3 étoiles

Short trip to Yssingeaux

The hotel’s location is central and very convenient. The room was basic but quiet and comfortable. I wish there were facilities for tea/coffee in the room. Also, there were no TV channels in English language. There were repairs and road works around the hotel. Hence I could not use the hotel’s car park and had to park my rented car some distance away. I expected a better stay for visitors once the renovations and road works in Yssingeaux town centre are all done.

Des gourmands Comblés

Le repas était vraiment excellent ! Avec des produits bio et locaux, et originaux mais délicieux ! Nous sommes trÚs gourmands et mon mari est professeur en lycée hÎtelier, et nous avons été comblés; Le prix est trÚs raisonnable pour ces prestations. Chambre trÚs propre, belle et confortable, salle de bain bien équipée, sauf la douche, un peu exiguë. Petit déjeuner copieux, salé, sucré, avec du bio et local. Des personnes charmantes.qui méritent votre confiance.
