The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the air conditioning was working well. The room is small but had just what was needed for a great night’s rest. This is our 3 rd. stay so highly recommend this little gem. The restaurant next door really added to the convenience. Delicious food.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice this property was. This Inn has been around for as long as I can remember. Staff very accommodating and the room very clean. Only issue was the heat. They can only run A/C or heat and we were there between seasons so the first night was cold but we figured it out and the rest of the stay was warm and cozy. No service unless you stay 5 nights, I don’t agree with that but it didn’t change our experience. We will stay again when we are back to visit family.

Not right off the exit; but small town feel was nice. The The Stables Inn was on main street in historic Salem, Ohio. The inn was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and did their job well. I would stay again!

This hotel was amazingly clean and quiet and we stayed on a weekend! Older finishes but do I care? No! Breakfast was simple:yogurt, little Danish, cereal, fruit. What you saved on room more than would pay for a huge breakfast if you wanted somewhere else. Rooms have real keys too! Booked next stay already.

The location was great. Central to where I was traveling. The attached restaurants were also both exceptional. Good food with Happy Hour specials. Both had great staffs and the food was better than I expected actually. The room itself was comfortable. The bed had a great mattress, and the bathroom facilities were good as well. My only room complaint was that there was no chair, other than the desk chair to sit on. I had to use the bed to sit. Not sure if anything could be done as the room was small overall. I did request maid service twice with no response. The third time it was addressed. The front desk staff was super friendly and willing to chat and give you some good insight as to the property. The continental breakfast was average. Nothing special. It was not something that would cause me to stay there again, but it also does not make me want to go somewhere else next time I visit that area. If this was a number system of 1-10, I would give it a 8 / 7.5.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but we only sleep there so we don’t need fancy. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. While there we have direct access to two restaurants without having to leave the hotel grounds.
