I chose this place because it was advertising a indoor pool. When i checked in i learned that it was an outdoor pool, only open seasonally, unfortunately i stayed in December

The public areas and my room were clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the room needed work: the sink spout was loose, the A/C heat unit's control cover was broken, the switch on the coffee maker did not work properly, the toilet occasionally made a "thumping" sound, one of the light bulbs was burned out on the bedside lamp, the battery cover on the TV remote kept falling off. This was my first stay at a Quality Inn. I guess there are many degrees of quality. I wasn't really too disappointed. I may consider giving Quality Inn another try in future.
