This was my second stay in within 2 months. Upon arrival the clerk recognised me, asked my last name and set everything up. The staff was very courteous. The location is close to many stores and restaurants and a few miles drive from most of the Warren/Howland area. Also the location is very quiet.

The staff went out of their way to help. There was a gentleman at the front desk who stopped what he was doing to bring a chair outside for me so I could sit in the Sun!! The gentleman running the dining area was always cleaning and so friendly. He was helpful and always smiling. I forgot their names, but not them. Little things lie this people remember. Thanks for making my stay that much better

We didn't eat breakfast there. The staff was very friendly. The parking lot was very small. There was a party bus that parked on property taking up 6 spots leaving 1 handicap as the only remaining available spot on hotel property.
