The staff were so helpful. The hotel was stunning. The bed was so comfortable and the food delicious. We had a great time in the bar listening to live music and the hotel is situated just far enough from the town that there was no noise to be heard. Will definitely be going back. I would highly recommend this hotel

This is the third year we have stayed at The Walter Raleigh Hotel. As always the staff were fantastically friendly and the food in the restaurant was superb. The rooms are comfortable with all the facilities you would expect from a hotel of this standard. This will certainly not be our last visit, I can highly recommend it.

All the staff were great, very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day. There were several quiet corners to sit in but still feel part of the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay at the Sir Walter Raleigh Hotel. It’s a gorgeous setting and our room looked right out over the water, such a view! Staff were lovely and breakfast was spot on. The room was on the smaller side, and the window could do with replacing as the bottom panel spoiled the view a little, plus we noticed some traffic noise in the mornings. But honestly, those are tiny things compared to how much we loved it here. Would definitely stay again.
