Easy to check in. The heated room was exceptional. Bathrooms could be cleaner but I understand with the amount of people coming in and out it’s hard. Shuttle stop conveniently a small walk away. We stay here every year and we’ll continue to do so.
Great location, great customer service, good sleeping situation. Bring earplugs or ask for them at the front desk. Like others stated, the tents are close together. Will be back!
Rooms were clean and everything was provided. Especially loved that the heaters kept the tent warm through the night

Excellent service. 24 reception, clean tent with as promised amenities. Heating was great in the heated tent I stayed in. The heated tents come with a plug point too so if you carry a power strip it works great.
Kind staff and very warm heated tent- stayed for two nights during the christmas season so very cold outside but our tent was nice and warm. Our roof did end up having one leak but was easily avoidable and didn’t bother us. Bring your own blankets as we found a suspicious dried something on the ones already on the bed. Overall beautiful stay.
It was a clean unheated tent. I stayed during the winter which was my fault it was so cold. A few droplets from the tent made it even worse. But overall great staff during a busy period and clean tents. Close to everything, great location. But if you’re staying for winter bring a sleeping bag and ask for extra blankets!!
Was worried about heated tent but family tent was large and clean with a Power Point. Was a bit cold but can get extra blankets. Good food options. Only issue was none of the water fountains worked.
