The room was clean and the towels were much better than a more expensive hotel I’d stayed at on the same trip. The room had everything I needed. It’s an older property and the furniture was older but clean. For the price I felt it was a good value. It was quiet and I slept well. :)

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Except for o e loud car in the parking lot about 9pm, it was quiet and restful. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The facility is well kept but could stand updating. That said, they're doing well with it all the same. The restaurant next door was good, clean, and the good was good. As value goes, you can't beat The Yorkshire if you plan to stay in York.
