Great hotel, and next to the river. We stayed in the loft suit with two teenagers. Lovely large 2 storey room, with balconys and good views. Really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return again. Only negative is the limited choice of breakfast, the coffee machine was broken most of the time, but you could get a drink from reception and we are not a fan of just croissants.

When checking out our room was different, we are from Arizona and never used anything like this, we had to use the key card to turn on electricity to the room. The bed was comfortable and clean, air conditioner worked great and the shower was excellent. The staff was excellent and answered all my questions.The laundry room was ok, washed all the clothes well, but drying the clothes wasn't that good after an hour still had to let the clothes dry in our room.Kitchen was nice had a dishwasher and fridge and sink .

We actually upgraded to the Balcony room. Was a great size and felt like a little apartment. Would consider this sort of hotel in future as it’s very handy having a decent fridge and being able to make your own breakfast. Also having the little lounge area to sit in. On arrival the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, the room was spotless and better than advertised the minimal shop downstairs was more than adequate the only criticism is the parking situation but you are made aware well in advance overall a fantastic stay and would recommend.
