On arrival the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, the room was spotless and better than advertised the minimal shop downstairs was more than adequate the only criticism is the parking situation but you are made aware well in advance overall a fantastic stay and would recommend.

On arrival, we were told the car park was full, The nearest car park was over half a mile away and cost £25 overnight. not impressed by that, the wife was struggling with her asthma. The staff were excellent on check in, the room could have done with a small table rather than the large poofy. We had problems with the heating during our stay. On arrival we were told that due to the river flooding we could not park at the hotel I believe this should have been passed on prior to our arrival instead of on arrival.
