The Hotel Staff are very friendly, kind and helpful and welcoming. The staff also in the Restaurant are helpful friendly kind and welcoming. The Hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The its next to river so you get a lovely view either from a room or outside. Definitely be going there again soon

Nice spacey room no complaints re cleanliness. Good varied choice for breakfast. Welcoming staff. A little criticism is that the bedroom window in room 34 did not fully close & traffic travelling by in the street had the effect of rattling the window this though did not spoil stay. Reported to reception at end of stay.

Security was fine but parking was difficult. A large truck seemed to monopolize the small area. Location wonderful but we requested a view of the water, but got an apt. The apt was lovely though. It was quite noisy until midnight.

The location is fabulous, the staff are helpful and friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast. Rooms were a good size and you can park your car at the hotel. We will definitely stay here again. The decor is a little dated, but I wasn’t too bothered. A fantastic stay.

Great location and reasonably comfortable but the rooms need attention. The bathroom was cramped and outdated, the shower was poor and the extractor fan didn’t work. There was no air conditioning in the room and the windows only opened sufficiently for a little ventilation. A fan is provided however. The bar and adjoining lounge was lovely - it was very picturesque with the river view.
