Stayed in a King bed with a pull out couch for our son. The pull out had it's own attached room which was nice. Staff stored our luggage when we arrived before check in time and provided us with a map and tips on sight seeing and restaurants.

2 day stay at Hotel Indigo, lovely hotel spotlessly clean air conditioned throughout which was a godsend in this heatwave. Quiet room at the rear view not the best but did not spoil. Lovely breakfast and very pleasant staff. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

The hotel is is a great location and on a quiet street. Staff were very friendly and the room was lovely, a good size, very clean and with a really nice bathroom. Breakfast was good with lots of options. I would definitely recommend it.

Proximity of property to attractions in York. Mattress on bed had noisy springs when you moved and some of the fixtures and fittings appeared tired e.g. water damage on the back of the bathroom door and ripped net curtain.
