The staff went out of their way to be helpful. They stored our bags when we were early for check in, there was always infused ice water available in the lobby, and the location was perfect.

Room overlooked the Tower and was well stocked and clean. The bathroom was a little tired but served its purpose. The breakfast, however, was superb. Could not fault it or the staff. Would have loved to enjoy the breakfast every day for the rest of my life.

Nice place with excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff. A bit of noice from the street though. The room was very warm så we had to keep the window open.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful; the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was well laid out with a good range; my only criticism was it wasn't easy to find the decaffeinated coffee (sachets a struggle to open!) and the milk. Some signage would be very helpful. The hotel is extremely central and within very easy walking distance of the city centre.

The communal areas are pleadant, with some dated elements, the rooms are dated, dont have aircon and only small windows, enough clothes hanging space but not for folded, small dated bathroom with shower over bath. The hotel is in a good location and staff were pleasant.

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Unfortunately no air con so extremely hot and although the hotel provided a fan it wasn’t very good. We stayed in a double queen room which was very small for a family of 4. No minibar which was disappointing especially in the heat as no cold water to drink. Shower hose also broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom.
