We arrived 3 hrs prior to check-in time with a view of just dropping off our luggage while we went to the theatre matinée. But our room was ready has the room early which was good The staff were friendly and the room was very clean and modern. It is close to the centre and train station so ideal. Breakfast had lots of choice and quality food. Definitely would return.

Hotel was lovely. Reception staff very helpful. Managed to check in our room a few hours early which was nice! Room lovely twin however pillows were terrible! Very flat and no support. My friend and I hardly got any sleep! It would have been nice to have a few more varieties of trays and some biscuits would have been welcomed! Maybe next time! However breakfast was amazing. So much choice which is why I’ve given 5 stars!
