레지던스라서 무지 커요~ 도어락 이중잠금이 없어서 좀 아쉬웠습니다 나머지는 아주 쾌적하고 빨래건조대까지 있어서 가족들끼리 쓰기 좋을듯요.

위생상태가 기대이하였어요

난방과 수압 전반적인 분위기는 깔끔했지만 청소상태에 매우 실망했어요. 침대 덮개라고 해야하나 침구류 위에 회색 천을 걷어내니 여러 머리카락이 잔뜩있어서 방을 바꾸고 싶었지만 너무 늦게 숙소에 도착하였고 이미 짐을 푼 상태라 저희가 치우고 잤습니다. 주차도 부족해서 지하4층까지 주차장이 이중주차 포함 꽉 차있었고 갓길주차까지.. 주차도 힘들었어요. 주차는 어쩔수없더라도 청소는 신경을 쓰셔야할 듯합니다

숙박으로만 이용하려 했기에 큰 목적은 없었지만 청결 상태는 좀 심하다는 느낌이... 침구류와 욕실에만 신경쓰지 마시고, 전자렌지를 제외한 단하나의 조리기구인 커피포트의 청결에 신경써주세요. 수건에 물을 묻혀 닦아보니 시커멓게 나오는 먼지인지 때인지... 이용할 수가 없어서.. 렌지로 물을 끓였어요. 렌지도 와트수가 낮은지 약한 편이고 해서 시원찮고... 다 좋은데 이런 부분이..

모두가 만족한 숙박지^^

5명이 함께 잘 수 있는 침대방이였는데..모두가 만족스러웠어요. 세면도구는 제공안된다 했는데 샴푸 린스 바디가 있고 치솔 치약 면봉도 있었어요. 냉장고에 생수도 다섯병있고 커피포드도 있었어요. 실내화도 가지런히 놓여있고 6층이였는데 전망도 무척 훌륭했어요. 가격도 다섯명의 숙박으로는 짱이고요. 후기 귀찮아서 안쓰는데 너무 괜찮아서 남깁니다. 그리고 바닥에 보이는 먼지는 옥의 티였어요. 주차장도 널널하고 대중교통으로도 버스정류장과 가까워요(제가 처인구에 삽니다) 암튼 다음에도 다시 이용하고 추천하고 싶어요
