友人宅が近所なので息子と2人で利用しました。3部屋ですが2段ベットがあるのでリビングのソファーを利用すれは10名位は泊まれそうで私達には広すぎました笑。 大人数の宿泊ならコスパがいいと思います。 ビーチは徒歩１分、逗子駅も徒歩10分位で立地は良いのに住宅街なので静かです。 残念な点はお風呂の脱衣場のアコーデオンカーテンがきちんと閉まらず開いてしまうので困ったのと家の前の道幅が狭くて大型車は注意が必要です。

友人が近所に住んでいるので決めました。3部屋ですが9〜１０名泊まれそうなので息子と2名だと広すぎるくらいでした。笑。ビーチも徒歩1分、逗子駅までも徒歩１０分位でとても便利なロケーションですが住宅街で静かです。道が狭くて大きい車だと家の前まで行けないので注意が必要

小型犬1頭連れの夫婦で、一泊利用しました。 民泊は初めてでしたが、事前のメールによる宿泊案内が詳細で、付帯の駐車場等も迷い無く到着しました。 施設は一棟貸しだけあって、広くて明るくて快適に過ごせました。 直ちに修正した方が良いと思われる点が一つ。 入室の際に必要な鍵を収めたキーボックスが送られてきた説明書の写真と違う状態で、なかなか見つけられずに焦りました。 結局サポートに電話して事なきを得ましたが、セルフチェックインの形態だとこれは大事な事だと思いました。

ウィンドサーフィンの利用で2泊3日しました。ショップも海も徒歩圏内、スーパーも徒歩圏内で大変便利でした。設備は古さはあるものの清潔でキッチンも充実してました。洗濯機と乾燥機を使えたのが良かったです。

部屋は綺麗で設備も整っている。周辺の道路が狭くとてもわかりにくいです。駐車場もナンバーが消えていてわからない。周辺の道路は車がすれ違うのがやっとで、少し大きな車が来るとぶつかりそうで大変でした。家の入り口の木が鬱蒼と茂ってしまっている。

周辺の道が狭く、車での移動に注意が必要でしたが、室内に入れば、部屋が広くキレイでした。 雨が降っており、しかも夜、出入りしたので、門から部屋に入るまでが暗く、階段が少し怖かったです。 でも、環境的にはとても良かったので、また機会があれば利用させてもらいたいと思ってます。

人数が多かったため、車2台での滞在でした。 案内にあった駐車場は24時間900円ではありませんでした。 限られた時間だったのに2台目の駐車場探しに時間を費やしてしまったことが残念でした。 チェックインの時間、あと1時間でも早いと嬉しいかなと思いました。 あと、リビングに置いてあったファイルも駐車場の写真が実際のものとは違っていた？ 以前はその写真の駐車場だったのか？ メールでお知らせ頂いていたので迷うことはありませんでしたが…… 正確で良心的な案内をした方が心が通じると思います。 建物に関してはどの部屋も気持ち良く使わせていただきました。 家族にとって記念の旅行だったのでいい想い出になりました。 お世話になり有難うございました。
