Nice hotel in a quiet area a minute away from Shin-Takashima station which is one stop to/from Yokohama station. Easy access to harbour areas & touristy places such as Cosmoworld, Landmark plaza, Red Brick Warehouse and Cup Noodle museum. Our room was nice & clean.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Japan. First of all, the staff has no sense of service, and their attitude is indifferent and unhelpful, which makes me feel neither warm nor comfortable. Secondly, the check-in time must be after 3 o'clock which is non-negotiable and the check-out time is 10 o'clock which is really early in the morning. Thirdly, there are many unreasonable things in the room, including but not limited to the lack of a storage table next to the washbasin, the wifi speed in the room is very slow, and the stuff putting on the cutlery box can easily slide into the gap behind the desk when we try to open it (in fact, I saw there are indeed many things dropped by other guests in it). Would not recommend this hotel unless you have no other choice.
