We stayed here due to its proximity to Chinatown and the cruise port. Oh yes and the free breakfast. About the breakfast, this was a traditional home cooked Japanese breakfast and surprising very nice! I noticed that most of the people staying were locals during the Golden week. Adequately sized rooms…we have no complaints and extreme friendly staff.

子供含めて3人で予約していたのですが、バスタオルも歯ブラシも2名分しかなく、バスタオルと歯ブラシを貰いに行った所バスタオルは有料と言われた。3人で予約をしているのに何故2枚しかなく1枚有料になるんでしょうか。 数多くホテルを使わせて頂いていますがこのような対応は初めてです。

シャトルバスが横浜駅やパシフィコ横浜などで回ってくれているので、大変便利に横浜観光ができました。無料でちょうどいい間隔でバスがあるので、とてもいいサービスです。朝ご飯も美味しかったです。子供も喜んでいました。ありがとうございました。
