Stayed at this hotel before flying out of Haneda. The room was a good size, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The bed was MASSIVE! Check in staff was friendly and professional.

Had a lovely stay in a Bay Club level roo. Only wish we'd been able to arrive earlier and stay later to better enjoy the property and amenities to maximize our value.

The room was satisfactory. The breakfast was very varied and had lots of options. There was no hot chocolate. And they offered nothing for my friend's birthday. Not even a cake or decoration.

A two minute walk to the underground station. Also many restaurants within easy reach. Staff were brilliant. Helped out our luggage and taxi booking. Would definitely stay here again.

Great room and a wonderful bathroom. Very clean and quiet. It had all the extras including wonderful toiletries, robe and slippers. We had convenient access to cold purified drinking water and ice.
