We didn't want to leave this hotel! The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and perfectly appointed for our family of 3. Lovely hotel, easily accessible through adjoining buildings from Minatomirai station. We had a fantastic view of the Yokohama Port birthday fireworks during our stay in a bay view room! The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is nice. It's a very easy recommendation if you're in Yokohama.

Superb place to stay by the bay in Yokohama! Good value too, especially when compared to what you’ll pay in Tokyo. Yet, not only is this an excellent full service hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms, but there is so much to see and do right here in Yokohama itself. However, when the pull of Tokyo becomes irresistible, it is a very easy train ride away. Outstanding!

I loved the room overlooking the Ferris wheel and other rides. Plus it was located near a shppping center and other attractions. The subway was less than 5 minutes walk. There were many nice restaurants all within a short walking distance. The room was located on the end and had a huge semi circle window that had a nice view laying down in the bed. The buffet breakfast and dinner I had were delicious. Overall it was a very nice experience. Five stars for sure.
