Very handy for the train station, shops, restaurants and most anything you would want. Our room was comfortable and while not huge, was perfect for our five day stay in Yokohama. I just don't like having to check in/check out at a computer terminal instead of with human beings, but that's just me. It wouldn't stop me from staying there again.
