The room was clean and quiet, and had everything I needed. I highly recommend the breakfast for anyone who likes the Japanese style breakfast.

Truly excellent hotel, right next to Shin-Yokohama Station. A tip for getting there: take the Shinkansen exit and walk straight across the plaza to the smaller side street, rather than walking towards the McDonalds. Hotel itself is wonderful and is probably the nicest smelling hotel I've ever stayed in. The Japanese-style room is pretty cool, as is the breakfast in the restaurant "Gin".

スタッフの皆さんの上品な対応や、エレベーターに入ってとても優しい素敵な香りがして、降りてもいい匂いに包まれてリッチな気分になりました❗️ 朝食も、きちんとした旅館で頂くようなこれもまたお上品な盛り付け、味でガチャガチャした感じがなくて、ゆったりまったり頂きました！ ただ、トイレのペーパーが、取りづらい場所にあったのが難点でした。 横浜アリーナまでの距離もすごく良かったです。 次回アリーナに行く時はまた泊まりたいです！
