The room was in good condition but very small. It was made even smaller by the room arrangement. There was a small table and chairs at the foot of one of the beds (blocking the entranceway) and a small cabinet for the TV at the foot of the other bed, making it extremely tight. The staff were polite. However, there seemed be a difference in how one was received based on membership in Fujita Hotels program.

Knowing this hotel is quite dated, but seeing mould everywhere in the hotel room was unexpected. Room is small, if you are big size like me, look somewhere else. You will get hurt going to the toilet at night. Plus points, breakfast was lavish with an iconic view of Yokohama. Hotel is next to JR station.
