This hotel is very convenient and clean. The staff, though few, are very helpful and efficient. Wifi in the room is very good. Laundry at every odd level, L7, L9 and L11. 3kg for 600yen, include dryer. You can change the coins at reception. I like their skin care set. I will stay in this hotel again if I visit Yokohama.

Conveniently located. Close to many bars, restaurants, and cafes. There are several restaurants/pubs in the same building. From Yokohama station you can walk through malls and newly built pathways, which are all covered so you don’t get wet in a rainy day.

Great place to stay incredible quality and staff. Location is great about 4 minute walk from Yokohama station. Only downside is a bit confusing getting to. It is inside a shopping mall and you have to go to 4th floor. This also becomes annoying when coming to and from hotel as you need to navigate back to 4th floor then use the hotel elevators to your room. If they could add more direct access would benefit them
