Breakfast was good, a decent amount of options although the items were the exact same both days. The hotel room was spacious, bathroom was decent sized, lots of storage. As others have mentioned, the room decor is dated and there are not enough plus in the room.

The Rose Hotel in Yokohama, Japan, actually located in their very wonderful Chinatown, was terrific. Very good for persons going on a cruise from the Yokohama cruise terminal. strongly suggest you pick this property if the price meets your budget, and for us it was a bargain. have fun

The hotel is a bit old but the staff is kind. The room was on the small side and the view was of the roof. There is a pool but guests still have to pay and tattoos must be covered.

Great staff provided great service. Location of hotel was excellent for us flying in and out from Haneda - very close to the airport limousine route. Hotel itself was a bit dated but was clean and spacious, in Japanese standard of course. With the price I paid for a comfortable night there is no complaints.

Location, Location

This is a very clean hotel. The staff try very hard to keep it that way. The location was great for us. Right across the road was Chinatown with a plethora of restaurants and take out food shops. Ten minutes walk took us to the harbour with gardens and sites. There is a tour bus stop right in front of the hotel. Also a airport bus stop. Our only complaint was the beds were too firm and the pillows too soft.

We selected the rose hotel for the pool for my family to enjoyed, unfortunately when we arrived that's when we were informed that we have to pay a daily fee per person's to use the pool including the children that was not disclose prior. The look like we traveled through time.Not family friendly.

Rooms are clean but dated. Breakfast is quite good. Soundproofing of room is good as you cannot hear guest next door. Hotel is very strict and would not allow early check-in. In terms of location, while there are many shops selling chinese food, there are no shopping malls or convenience store nearby. Subway station is also quite a distance away.

Great location! We enjoyed Chinatown. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the convenience store. The hotel is traditional and a bit old, but it was very clean. We had a comfortable stay and really enjoyed our time there.
