とても清潔感のある素敵なお部屋でした。海までは歩いてすぐの距離です。４階のお部屋からは海の水平線が見えました。ありがとうございました。

２回目の利用です。ロケーション、価格、清潔感、レイアウトのバランスから今回もやはりこちらを利用するに至りました。鎌倉に馴染みが無くても若宮大路を真っ直ぐ海まで出るだけなので分かり易いです。近隣に駐車場も多数あります。子供の分のタオルも１セットご用意いただきたかったです。贅沢は言えませんが洗面所に物を置くスペースがほとんど無いので、壁際に棚など付いていればなぁと思いました。キッチンから椅子を持ってきて物置スペースにしていました。７月のピークシーズンと違い近隣も静かで過ごしやすかったです。自分の家族のシャワーの音などは隣の寝室によく響きますが、上下階の他人の音は全く聞こえないです。今回は４階でしたが、やはり材木座の海岸まで見渡せて気持ちよかったです。

ロケーションは抜群、本当に海から近いので、波に濡れた３歳の娘を抱えて帰ってこれました。部屋も清潔で、海浜公園越しの海が綺麗にみえます。改善していただきたいのは、３階を予約したので、慣れないタブレットでチェックインした後登った３階と思っていた部屋は半地下から数えて４階だったようで、ロック番号がエラーになりしばらく茫然としました。ドアに番号だけは書いてありましたが、３とだけあったので分かりにくいです。３Fとしていただければすぐに分かったと思います。また民泊スタイルの場合、予約画面で間取り図も確認したいところです。

素敵な建物。ロケーション抜群

全体的に清潔感があり、素敵な施設でした。ただ、今回キッチンを利用を利用したのですが、備品が少なかったのが少し残念でした。

施設は良いがOPRは不親切この上ない。

チェックインのためのTablet機材の場所や使い方、特にAppがチェックイン後に追加の連絡をしてほしいとOPRに言われたが呼び出しボタンが表示されずに使えない。また、施設を始めて利用する人には場所がとにかくわかりづらい。

チェックイン、チェックアウトについて

チェックインの際に、タブレットに従って操作して、部屋の扉を開錠する為のパスワードを知らせて頂いたが、4桁の数字の次に、＃を押すことを伝えられなかった。事前の説明書にも記載がなかった。その為に部屋に入るまで、何度も繰り返して無駄な時間を費やした。　また、チェックアウトについても、部屋の玄関に貼ってある案内書には、必ずチェックアウトの手続きをしてと書いてあり、その通りにタブレットを使って、チェックアウトの報告でセンターと通信をしたが、必要ないと言われた。改善して下さい。
