The hotel is located right next to Sakuragicho station very convenient to the main tourist areas in Yokohama but also allowing for easy travel to other parts. The room was relatively large (for Japan) and very clean. I would stay again for sure

The Zita I is a hotel mainly for Japanese tourists but I had been in the new Otani in Osaka and found it very comfortable. This Otani is connected to a high end mall, wit another hig end mall about a 10 min. Walk. There are a huge selection of restaurants and shops. A very pleasant area.

I was staying at triple bed and harbor view from my room was breathtaking! Staffs are super nice and friendly. Many shops and restaurants are nearby and 5 min walk to Sakuragicho station. I would definitely stay here again if I com back to Yokohama.

Fantastic Hotel

We stay here whenever we visit Yokohama. The location is perfect. We are within short walking distance from the train, shopping, food, and entertainment. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel offers us the basics that we need.

Perfect Stay

We stay here everytime we come to Yokohama. Perfect location to entertainment, shopping, and restaurants. Steps away from Sakuragicho Station is a plus. Staff are always so friendly.

Room With A View!

After a long flight to Tokyo, we always stay here to give ourselves a break on our trip down to Osaka and we're never disappointed. Excellent Japanese style breakfast buffet for a minimal fee and right next to a train station, convenience store, and several shopping malls. The best feature of this hotel is the beautiful view of the Ferris wheel at night from your hotel room!
