二人での宿泊でした。部屋の清掃も行き届いて良かったですが、やっぱり広すぎました（笑）ベッドの部屋や和室もあり寝る場所が複数あるのは良かったですが、テレビがリビングにしかないため不便でした。温泉は広くて気持ちよかったです。

まず受付の年配女性の対応がまるで役所かと思ったぐらい不親切。 質問した際に、大浴場は入れませんと言われたが、男性は交代で午前ですよね？と言ったら「本日ははいれません」と言い直され その他わからなくて再度質問しても「さきほど説明したように」と言われたが流れ作業のような説明で全部把握できるわけがない そしてこびりついた部屋の臭いが臭い。頭が痛くなる。さらにベッド下の畳についた大きめの血痕や壁についた血の跡はなんなのか 怖すぎて私だけ一睡も寝れず翌日はずっとイライラ。 プールは１１５センチからとあるが水深が130ほどあり、アスレチックから落ちたらもうアウトで、ほぼできませんでした。子供の身長は１２０センチです。 しかし溺れない自信があれば大丈夫かも 朝食バイキングはとても良かったです最高！！子供だけ部屋も何もかも喜んでいたから良かった 憧れのホテルにようやく泊まれたのにとても残念でした
