Very convenient

This hotel is very close to Shin Yokohama JR station. It's super close to the Ramen Museum. And there are tons of convenience stores and restaurants in a couple of blocks. The staff there were very friendly, and the room is spacious, and clean. I enjoyed it a lot.

The building is unfathomably nice for the price. Perfwct distance from Shin Yokohama station. Very convenient. Any issue I had with the room was minor (small tv and small bathroom). Everything was clean and the staff were helpful. Everyone I talked with spoke English which is a plus for many travelers I imagine. Lively community around the hotel. Fell in love with Yokohama!

部屋について　少し古い印象ですが清掃はされていると思います。浴室内に、他人の髪の毛が数本残っていたのは残念でした。 朝食について　崎陽軒のシュウマイ弁当とおーいお茶の紙パックがフロントで配布されます。コーヒーももらえます。お弁当の温めは５Fに電子レンジが1台ありそこで温める必要があります。食べる場所は自身の部屋か２Fのラウンジになります。

水周りの排水が悪く臭いもきつい

外観は綺麗に見えても部屋は古いつくり。お風呂や洗面所は古いのでお湯が出るまでに時間を要し、特に排水の流れが酷く臭いもきついです。またエアコンの効きも悪くなかなかお部屋の温度調整も出来ないのは猛暑日には辛い宿泊でした。フロントの対応もマニュアルに添った感じで良い印象ではありません。
