Breakfast choices were amazing! Everything seemed fresh. Service was attentive and polite. Room felt fresh and the room was sizeable. Amenities in the room were plentiful and appropriate. There were enough plugs around, lighting was good and the bathroom size was good.

The staff were all friendly and attentive. The area was easy to grab a taxi. There were nearby convenient stores. The breakfast at the all day dining parade was amazing! Everything was delicious and including the room in dining!

The building is new and constructed with high-end materials, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The view from the hotel is amazing, overlooking Yokohama Bay. I highly recommend this place.

The room was mostly clean. I found some bar soap remenets within my towels, so those might not have been switched over for new stay. Everything closes super early so didn't really explore much around location.

The overall property and staff are amazing and kind. They are incredibly professional and stellar. The in-room dining service has several options and can be convenient after a long day. The room we got was large and had a great view. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom, bedding, and overall room was clean upon arrival. Loved that Lawson's was right downstairs. Very convenient to Yokohama Station, the Children's Museum, and Family Mart. We walked about 23 minutes to World Porters which was really fun! Cons of the hotel: Laundry is INCREDIBLY expensive. But it's not a Japanese company so I'm not surprised. When I say incredibly.... I'm saying $100 USD for a small load.

Stayed here for an event nearby. Room was spacious and was clean. Furnishings and fixtures were all very modern. I appreciated having a bluetooth speaker to use during my stay, it turned out to be pretty convenient! There are dining options available at the hotel, and a convenience store on the ground floor. I had breakfast, and the breakfast buffet selection was pretty broad, so there should be something for everyone to enjoy. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Shin-Takashima train station, and about a 10 minute walk from Yokohama station. Would consider staying here again if I am in the area.

I like Hilton Yokohama for its nice view to the city, cleanliness, amenities, and access to major areas. It’s comfortable spending time in the room, especially bathroom is very good but one thing I want them to improve isTV channel selection. Overall, I recommend the hotel.

Very helpful staff. Conveniently located near a convenience store and other amenities. Almost next to the Anpanman Museum, a 3-minute walk away. Also, it's a 15-minute walk to Yokohama Station. Ocean Milano restaurant was quite fancy, and the food was delicious.
