Just what I was looking for. Very clean (appears new), staff at front desk very helpful and pleasant. Very close to shopping mall and walkable to Osanbashi pier and China town.

Good Stay!

There are a few Hotel Livemax around my area, so be sure to know or inform your driver the exact place of the hotel you are staying in. Also, the room was nice and the crew are very accomodating.

First room had a leaking toilet with mold on the pipe, gave me a different room they just cleaned, pillows were nasty and there was mold on the shower curtain. Not worth the money.

スタッフさんは親切で良かったですが部屋がアパホテルより狭くて旅行カバンを開くのにベッドの上しか開けない状態でした。あと宿泊客が多いのにコインランドリーが一台ですヨ！一台‼️乾燥機付きだから2時間待つのです2番目の人が3番目はまたない

鍵は無く、暗証番号で開けるシステム 冷蔵庫は小さくても冷え冷えだし、レンジもある。 部屋にエアコンが付いていて自由に設定できるし設備は文句無し。 アメニティが一通り置いてあるのも良い。 弱点はエレベーターがひとつしかないくらい。

とても満足でした。ただしホテルのユニットバスで配管か何かはわかりませんがとても叩いた様な音がうるさくて、あまり眠れませんでした。その辺を直して頂きたい。後はスタッフの対応も親切で、良かったです。ベッドメイクも良く仕上がっていて、また宿泊します。スタッフさんにも伝えてください。
