とても広いお部屋で快適でした。窓から江ノ島が一望出来て、良かったです！ 評価が一点足りないのは、バスルームのカビが気になったからです。元々のホテルを居抜きでアパになったのですがその際、クリーニングは入れていなかったのかなぁ？ そこだけが残念でしたが、他は良かったです。

10年前に隣接のマンションに子どもが住んでいたこともあり、今回は病院への所用があったため、利用。 部屋は広かったが、空間がありすぎて勿体ない気がする。 同様に、浴室は換気扇の有無がわからなかった。朝食は良かった。

第一インホテルがアパホテルに変わりましたがさほど変わった感は無いです。 部屋の壁紙やホテル入口が派手になったくらいです。バスルームはまんま使っているので、古さは否めません。良かった点は、枕が２つある所です。これが以外と嬉しいポイントでした。
