APA Tsujido has been a great stay. Staff are professional and courteous. The rooms clean and a great value. I understand this location used to be a slightly higher end hotel. So I have been told these rooms are slightly larger than a typical APA room elsewhere.

For the price, the room was larger than expected (for a Japanese business hotel), and the front desk service was excellent. They had nice small touches as the ability to extend checkout for up to 3 additional hours for about $7 per hour. This made the transfer to the airport a LOT easier.

外国人のスタッフが多いせいなのか、最近のホテルの対応なのか、フロント前を通って外に出る際、または外出から帰ってきた時も、一切挨拶が無い。　 行ってらっしゃいやお帰りなさいだけでなく、チェックアウトがセルフだったのでカギをキーボックスに入れて外に出る時も、ありがとうございましたやお気をつけてなどの声掛けはなかった。 最後くらい一言あっても良いのでは。

清掃されてない部屋に案内された。人生で初めてです。新しい部屋を用意する間に汚ない部屋で待たされました。不衛生です。フロントでお待ちくださいとか対応できないのでしょうか？？ 朝のバイキングも子連れなら小さなスプーン、フォークを準備しとく優しさもありませんでした。同じビジネスホテルでももう少し安くてユニットバスか綺麗なホテルあります。
